Salary: Up to £30,000 + OTE £40,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm + 1 in 4 Saturdays with a day off in lieu.
We’re working with a highly regarded, award-winning independent estate agency in South Manchester that is looking to add an experienced Senior Property Consultant to a successful and growing team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced estate agent who enjoys winning business, building relationships and negotiating deals, but wants the backing of a strong team and dedicated support around them.
Responsibilities:
- Winning and negotiating new property instructions
- Conducting viewings and advising buyers and sellers
- Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Negotiating offers and helping agree successful sales
- Identifying opportunities to generate new business
- Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process
- Working closely with the wider team to achieve branch targets
This role gives you the support of a dedicated Sales Progression team, who handles much of the chain chasing, solicitor liaison and day-to-day progression once a sale is agreed.
