Our client, a leading London agent with a large stock register & great reputation, is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Negotiator to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Register and build rapport with potential home buyers.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing feedback to the vendor.
  • Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers.
  • Arrange appointments for the mortgage broker and refer clients to solicitors.
  • Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other estate agents.
  • Generate and book in Property Valuations for the Valuer.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the property industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
