We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Negotiator to join our clients team in Huddersfield. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for facilitating property sales transactions, from initial inquiry to final closing, ensuring excellent customer service and maximising sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective buyers and sellers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Conduct property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of each property.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the local property market, including current trends and pricing.
