Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 base salary including car and expenses.
Realistic Earnings Potential: Total Year 1 Estimated Earnings £45,000 - £57,000 (Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses + Potential Profit Share)

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead their residential sales team. You'll play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, shaping strategic direction, and building long-term relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in estate agency sales and be ready to deliver £180k sales income within the first 12 months, while also supporting the company's strategy for landlord acquisition and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the residential sales team to drive performance, motivation, and professional growth.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the residential sales portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and repeat business.
  • Monitor and analyse local property market trends to guide business strategy and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Track, evaluate, and report on sales performance, presenting regular updates and insights to senior management.
  • Support and oversee complex negotiations, securing the best outcomes for clients and the business.
  • Ensure all sales processes comply with legislation, regulatory requirements, and industry best practice.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities, driving growth and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in a sales management role within the residential property sector.
  • Previous experience as a Branch Manager (or equivalent leadership role) within estate agency.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities, with a track record of securing successful outcomes.
  • Client-focused mindset, delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
  • Good knowledge of the Northwest residential property market (advantageous).
  • Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.

Further Details:
  • Full-time, 5 days per week, based at our Congleton office.
