We operate with 100% transparency and are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients and candidates by revolutionising the recruitment Industry by helping Recruiters launch their own personally branded Recruitment business.

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a self-employed Recruiter. As a Recruiter, your day-to-day tasks will include sourcing and attracting candidates, arranging interviews, matching candidates with appropriate job opportunities, and providing support throughout the recruitment process. You will also be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and ensuring successful placements.

Earning Example
If you were to place 4 people per month, with an average fee of £3,000 your total banked income would be £12,000 and you would earn in personal commission £8,400. All from working in your PJs.
What are we looking for?
In a word? Entrepreneurs. Someone who is fed up with working that 9-5 life. Making 100 calls per day to build someone else\’s business. Someone who wants to take their own direction and blaze their path with the mentorship, support and training of people who have already done it.
Do you need experience? No. However, it does help. Either Property/Estate agency experience or recruitment experience is a great start.
You will need to be based in the UK and speak fluent English, apart from that, we are open.
