Self-Employed Protection Advisor – Remote Role

We’re looking for a driven and ambitious Protection Advisor to join our growing team on a self-employed basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record in writing protection business, who is motivated by success and the flexibility of working remotely.

What’s on offer:

• Self-employed opportunity – full flexibility & autonomy
• Remote role – work from anywhere
• 5 days a week, with a minimum of 2 evenings (flexibility essential)
• 40–50 pre-qualified leads per month (booked by our mortgage advisers)
• Target: £20k written business per month
• OTE: realistic £65k+

What we’re looking for:

• Experienced Protection Advisor with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Ideally, someone who has successfully worked with mortgage leads previously
• Ability to self-manage, stay motivated, and consistently deliver results
• Flexibility to work evenings to meet client demand
• Tenacious, personable, and highly professional approach
