Job Description Job Title: Sales Negotiator (part-time) Location: Great Barr, West Midlands Basic Salary: £20,000 (pro rata) OTE: £25,000 (pro rata) Hours: Part-time – Monday, Thursday & Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm A successful, market-leading, multi-branch estate agency is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join its established team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced estate agency professional looking for a part-time position within a busy and successful branch. Key Responsibilities: Registering and qualifying new applicants Arranging and conducting property viewings Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers Maintaining regular contact with applicants and vendors Following up new leads and enquiries Working closely with the wider branch team to maximise sales opportunities Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process Supporting the branch with day-to-day sales activity The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience within residential estate agency Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Confident dealing with buyers and vendors Well organised and able to manage multiple priorities Driven, motivated and target-focused Professional and personable approach What's on Offer: ~£20,000 salary (pro rata) ~£25,000 OTE (pro rata) ~ Part-time, 3 days per week ~ Monday, Thursday & Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm ~ Opportunity to join a successful, market-leading estate agency ~ Established multi-branch business
