We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Valuer to join a long-established, well-respected, award-winning Estate Agent in Nuneaton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career in property valuation and the estate agency industry. You will receive full training and mentorship from experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in the property valuation process.
Responsibilities for this Sales Valuer role will include:
- Assist/Conducting valuations
- Selling Professional Photography
- Putting properties on and updating the CRM system
- Creating write-ups
- Creation of system to follow up on previous valuations
- Prepare valuation reports and present findings to senior valuers and clients
- Assist with administrative duties, including maintaining accurate records of property valuations
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance valuation knowledge and skills
Skills & Experience for this Sales Valuer role:
- 6+ months Estate Agency experience required
- Presentable & confident when meeting new clients
- Confident in front of a camera to record property videos
- Creating new leads
- Ability to identify opportunities for Conveyancing & Mortgage referrals
- A genuine passion for the property market and a desire to build a career in estate agency
Training & Development:
You will receive structured training and mentorship to develop the skills needed for property valuation. This will include classroom learning, on-the-job training, and potential external qualifications in property and valuation.
