MORTGAGE ADMINISTRATOR - JOIN OUR DEDICATED TEAM
Are you detail-oriented and keen to make a meaningful impact? As a Mortgage Administration, your Responsibilities will include (but not limited to!):
* Conducting basic case checks and verifying documents.
* Initiating client introductions via email, keeping the broker in the loop.
* Dispatching payment links and ensuring timely fee collections.
* Swiftly addressing any discrepancies and ensuring missing documents are requested within 24 hours.
* Relaying further documentation to lenders when necessary.
* Efficiently managing tasks: setting reminders for fee links, tracking lender service levels, and updating clients and brokers accordingly.
* Keeping clients informed about valuation dates and timely updates on processing stages.
* Ensuring offers are meticulously checked and properly logged, with all pertinent details captured.
* Keeping clients and brokers abreast of offer statuses.
* Handling the necessary follow-ups post-offer, right up to completion.
* Collaborating with solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
* Overseeing protection on risks, and ensuring all commissions and procedural fees are documented.
Essential Skills:
* Proficient computer literacy for data input and system management.
* Stellar English grammar and punctuation.
Location & Working Hours:
* Working in one of our amazing Birmingham office's! Work timings: Mon - Fri, 9 am - 4.30 pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break).
* Benefits: 20 days annual leave as well as bank holidays (1 extra day per year of service up to 25 days)
* Compensation: £19,000-£25,000.
