Our client, a leading property company, offers a range of services to UK residential property homeowners who are looking to sell. This company has a clear vision to be the UK’s market leader in the fast sale property industry.
As the Sales Progression Trainer, you will have a strong understanding of the Conveyancing or Property Sales progression process along with a strong desire for the training and development of others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs across the teams and develop tailored training solutions.
- Deliver team and one to one training sessions on all aspects of conveyancing/ sales progression and compliance and monitor team and individual progression.
- Provide expertise on Conveyancing/sales progression and AML regulations.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements to maintain the highest standards.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in Sales Progression/conveyancing
- Experience in Training & Development both 121 and in group sessions
- Keen knowledge and background in Property/Estate agency
Company profit share, further education and training opportunities, monthly staff incentives and evening.
