Join one of London’s most respected land, development, and investment property consultancies! Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales and Marketing Assistant to support the Managing Director and help drive high-profile property transactions through to completion.
About the Role:
As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end property sales process. From managing listings and CRM data to coordinating marketing materials and liaising with clients, solicitors, and agents — you’ll be at the heart of one of London’s most dynamic boutique property firms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the progression of property sales, liaising with solicitors, agents, brokers, and buyers
- Manage property listings across online portals, ensuring accuracy and high visual standards
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and respond to enquiries promptly
- Prepare and review key sales documentation: offer letters, heads of terms, and sales memorandums
- Maintain accurate CRM data and internal records for leads and transactions
- Assist with marketing activities including brochures, advertising boards, and online campaigns
- Coordinate property viewings and help manage scheduling logistics
- Ensure Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance is met on all transactions
- Provide general administrative support to the Managing Director on new and ongoing deals
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, or Sales Progressor role, preferably in property, development or land
- Solid knowledge of the UK property sales process, including AML regulations
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Confident with property CRM platforms and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Able to manage multiple transactions under pressure
Qualifications:
- Background in property, estate agency, investment, or development preferred
- Relevant qualifications in real estate or property management are a plus
