Join one of London’s most respected land, development, and investment property consultancies! Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales and Marketing Assistant to support the Managing Director and help drive high-profile property transactions through to completion.

About the Role:
As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end property sales process. From managing listings and CRM data to coordinating marketing materials and liaising with clients, solicitors, and agents — you’ll be at the heart of one of London’s most dynamic boutique property firms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the progression of property sales, liaising with solicitors, agents, brokers, and buyers

  • Manage property listings across online portals, ensuring accuracy and high visual standards

  • Communicate with clients to provide updates and respond to enquiries promptly

  • Prepare and review key sales documentation: offer letters, heads of terms, and sales memorandums

  • Maintain accurate CRM data and internal records for leads and transactions

  • Assist with marketing activities including brochures, advertising boards, and online campaigns

  • Coordinate property viewings and help manage scheduling logistics

  • Ensure Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance is met on all transactions

  • Provide general administrative support to the Managing Director on new and ongoing deals

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, or Sales Progressor role, preferably in property, development or land

  • Solid knowledge of the UK property sales process, including AML regulations

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills

  • Strong communication and customer service abilities

  • Confident with property CRM platforms and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

  • Able to manage multiple transactions under pressure

Qualifications:

  • Background in property, estate agency, investment, or development preferred

  • Relevant qualifications in real estate or property management are a plus
