Job Description
I'm currently working with a highly respected independent estate agency to recruit an experienced Property Manager.

The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants while ensuring properties are managed efficiently and in line with current legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a residential property portfolio from move-in through to tenancy end.
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Carrying out regular property inspections.
- Managing tenancy renewals, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Handling maintenance issues and seeing them through to resolution.
- Ensuring all properties remain compliant with current lettings legislation.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Keeping property records and internal systems up to date.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in residential property management.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Good IT skills.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
