We are seeking a motivated and target driven person to join our team as an Estate Agent. Responsibilities

  • Looking after a manageable portfolio of buyers and sellers
  • Conducting viewings at client's homes
  • Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, financial advisors and other estate agents to complete the transaction as quickly as possible
  • Negotiations
  • Introducing properties to clients that suit their requirements
  • Update and maintain the company's CRM system
  • Keeping clients updated with developments
