Job Title: Lettings Partner Location: Coventry Basic Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 DOE OTE: Up to £38,000 Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:45am–5:30pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (9:00am–1:00pm) The Role An exciting opportunity for an experienced Lettings professional to join a successful and growing estate agency team. You'll focus on winning new business, conducting valuations and viewings, negotiating tenancies, and helping drive branch performance. Key Responsibilities Generate new business and win instructions Conduct property valuations and viewings Register and qualify applicants Negotiate and agree tenancies Deliver exceptional customer service Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues Achieve personal and branch targets Requirements Previous residential lettings experience Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Target-driven and self-motivated Full UK Driving Licence What's on Offer?
