We are seeking an ambitious, commercially driven, and highly experienced Lettings Manager/Director to lead and grow the lettings performance of three established London brands operating under the same property group. This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving revenue, market share, profitability, operational excellence, and team performance across multiple offices and territories. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping strategy, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring each brand maintains its unique identity whilst delivering exceptional commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth Strategy: Develop and execute the lettings strategy across all three brands. Drive market share, revenue growth, profitability, and portfolio expansion. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends. Create and implement business plans, budgets, and growth initiatives. Monitor and analyse KPIs to ensure commercial targets are achieved.
- Leadership Team Development: Lead, motivate, and develop lettings managers and negotiators across multiple locations. Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, customer service, and results. Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top talent. Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans.
