Conducting property viewings Completing mid-term property inspections Monitoring property condition and reporting maintenance issues Coordinating maintenance works with contractors Managing inventories and Right to Rent compliance Liaising with internal teams and contractors to resolve issues efficiently We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and is comfortable working independently. Experience within residential lettings, property management or a similar property role Confidence working independently in a field-based role A full UK driving licence (essential) You'll enjoy the flexibility of a field-based role, the support of an experienced team and genuine opportunities to progress as the business continues to grow across the UK.
