We are looking for a proactive and experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties in Islington. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of property management, including tenant relations, landlord updates, property maintenance, rent collection, and ensuring compliance with current legislation. This role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, along with a strong understanding of property management in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day management of residential and/or commercial properties.
- Serve as the primary contact for tenants and landlords, addressing concerns and resolving issues.
- Arrange and manage property repairs, maintenance, and improvements with contractors.
- Handle tenancy agreements, renewals, terminations, and rent collection.
