Job Description
- £28,500 upon successful completion of CeMAP 1 and 2
- £30,000 upon full CeMAP qualification
In addition, the role offers quarterly performance-based bonuses.Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for new and existing clients
- Book appointments for mortgage and protection advisors
- Maintain and manage ongoing client relationships, ensuring a high standard of customer care
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound client queries via phone and email
- Update and manage client data within the CRM system
- Assist with document gathering and pre-appointment admin
- Monitor advisor pipelines to support application progression
- Provide follow-up support after appointments to ensure client satisfaction and completion of next steps
- Identify potential opportunities for upselling or cross-selling financial products and services
- Liaise closely with advisors and compliance to ensure a smooth customer journey
What We're Looking For:
