About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and personable Client Relationship Manager/Customer Care to join a growing team within a leading mortgage and protection business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about client service, looking to build a long-term career in the financial services sector.

This role offers clear progression into a Mortgage Advisor position, with salary increases tied to your professional development:

  • £28,500 upon successful completion of CeMAP 1
  • £30,000 upon full CeMAP qualification

In addition, the role offers quarterly performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for new and existing clients
  • Book appointments for mortgage and protection advisors
  • Maintain and manage ongoing client relationships, ensuring a high standard of customer care
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound client queries via phone and email
  • Update and manage client data within the CRM system
  • Assist with document gathering and pre-appointment admin
  • Monitor advisor pipelines to support application progression
  • Provide follow-up support after appointments to ensure client satisfaction and completion of next steps
  • Identify potential opportunities for upselling or cross-selling financial products and services
  • Liaise closely with advisors and compliance to ensure a smooth customer journey

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role (financial services experience desirable but not essential)
