We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Negotiator / Valuer to join our client South Woodham office. This opportunity has arisen due to internal promotions, making it a great time to step into a well-performing and supportive branch. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in property valuations, a proactive approach to winning instructions, and the ability to manage the sales process from appraisal through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate and confident property valuations
- Win new instructions and build strong relationships with vendors
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
- Negotiate offers and deliver excellent customer service
- Contribute to overall office targets and performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in valuing residential properties
- Strong track record in winning instructions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a driven and professional approach
Package & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: £30,000 (including car allowance)
- Commission: 1.25% on sales completions & lettings (typically £4,500 – £6,500 per annum)
- Instruction Bonus: £5,000 – £10,000 per annum
- Office Completion Bonus: £250 per month (£3,000 per annum)
- OTE: £42,500 – £49,500 (with potential to exceed based on performance)
- Guaranteed Earnings: £40,000 for the first 3 months during probation
Working Hours:
- 5 days per week (including Saturday)
- Day off during the week, closed Sundays
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
