We're working with a well-established wealth management firm looking to bring in an experienced Senior Paraplanner to support their Wealth Planning team. This is a key role focused on delivering high-quality technical support, complex research, and suitability reporting to ensure excellent client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed research across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning
- Prepare clear, compliant suitability reports and client documentation
- Support Wealth Planners with complex cases and cashflow modelling
- Identify future planning opportunities for clients
- Mentor and support junior paraplanners
- Contribute to process improvements and team development
Requirements
- Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4 minimum)
- Strong experience across core financial planning areas
- Proven track record in paraplanning within a wealth management environment
- Experience with cashflow modelling (desirable)
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
