An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading UK banking group to join their established Real Estate Finance team. This is a senior, client-facing role where you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of property clients, supporting them with funding solutions and helping to expand their portfolios. You’ll work with established developers, investors, and property businesses, acting as their trusted banking partner while identifying opportunities to increase lending and deepen relationships.
The Role
- Manage a portfolio of SME real estate clients across your region
- Build strong, long-term relationships as the primary point of contact
- Structure and deliver lending solutions, including development and investment finance
- Assess lending opportunities in line with credit risk and policy
- Identify opportunities to grow income, lending volume and client base
- Develop new business through networking, referrals and market presence
- Work closely with internal credit and product teams to deliver deals
- Represent the bank within the local property market and professional network
About You
- Proven experience in real estate finance / commercial banking / property lending
- Strong track record of managing client relationships and delivering growth
- Experience structuring lending deals and working with credit teams
- Commercially driven, with the ability to win and develop new business
- Strong network within the property or professional services sector is advantageous
