An award winning, multi-branch, rapidly growing, and highly reputable estate agents is in need of an experienced Valuer. Known for their culture, training, development, and many perks, our clients is ready to provide a very stable and supportive home and environment for the right candidate. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Birmingham City Centre office. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of Monday to Friday with alternate Saturday (lieu days applicable).
The Role Involves:
- Property valuations
- Pre and post data capture and reporting
- Touting and business generation
- Management of existing sales team and support system
- KPI targets exceeded
