Job Title: Marketing & Client Services Coordinator
Location: Harborne, Birmingham
Basic Salary: £26,000 + Bonuses
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
We’re working with a growing independent estate agency looking for a Marketing & Client Services Coordinator to join their team.
This is a varied and exciting role combining property marketing, social media, content creation and client service.
The Role
You’ll be involved in a wide range of activities, including:
- Preparing new properties for market, including property descriptions and floorplans
- Planning and creating social media content
- Writing blogs and local property content
- Coordinating direct-mail marketing campaigns
- Creating and repurposing video and property content
- Handling new enquiries and supporting existing clients
- Booking appointments and coordinating communication
- Bringing new ideas to improve the company’s marketing and processes
- Managing multiple tasks, projects and deadlines
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Organized and highly detail-focused
- Confident communicating with people
- Creative with a good eye for engaging content
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive and full of ideas
- Keen to learn, develop and take ownership
Estate agency experience would be beneficial but is not essential. Full training will be provided on the property software, CRM, floorplans and internal processes.
