We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with current experience working for an estate and lettings agency in the UK. The ideal candidate will work within the sales, lettings and property management departments. There will be a mixture of tasks involved in the role, assisting with all departments in both the Birmingham City Centre and Edgbaston branches.

Salary and Benefits
- Good starting salary of £25,000-28,000 depending on experience. Annual salary reviews.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm, Alternative Saturdays 9am-1pm (Viewings Only)

Position Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience working for an estate or lettings agency
- Good general knowledge of Birmingham City Centre and Edgbaston areas
- Willingness to work as a team and assist other team members
- Ability to work on your own effectively
- Smart, proactive, enthusiastic, and confident when in an office and public environment
- Able to work efficiently in a busy office environment
- Competent with MS Office, Outlook, and property management software
- Excellent telephone manner
- Competent representing the company with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Education at degree level is preferable but not essential
