About the Company
Our client is a modern, forward-thinking financial services firm focused on delivering high-quality, tailored mortgage and protection advice. With a strong reputation for client care and a growing national presence, they provide advisers with the tools, support, and flexibility to build successful long-term businesses. This is a genuinely supportive environment and not just a network, where advisers are trusted, backed, and given the infrastructure to perform.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Adviser looking to operate in a fully remote, self-employed capacity while still benefiting from lead support, strong systems, and compliance backing. You’ll have the freedom to build your own client base and run your desk like a business, without being left entirely on your own. Whether you’re already self-employed or considering the move, this offers a low-risk transition into a more flexible, higher-earning model.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the full mortgage process from initial enquiry through to completion
- Providing tailored, whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Generating new business through your own activity and supported leads
- Ensuring all advice is fully compliant and client-focused
- Working closely with internal support teams to deliver a smooth customer journey
What’s on Offer
- Fully remote working – complete flexibility over your schedule
- Uncapped earning potential with competitive commission splits
- Lead support available alongside your own business generation
- Structured route to CAS (if required) with ongoing compliance support
- Access to established CRM systems, admin support, and processes
- A collaborative, down-to-earth culture — not a corporate environment
What We’re Looking For
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- Experience providing mortgage advice (whole-of-market preferred)
- Strong understanding of mortgage and protection products
- Self-motivated with a genuine desire to build your own client base
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Why This Role Stands Out
- You’re not starting from zero - support and leads are there when you need them
- No micromanagement - run your desk your way
- Backed by a business that actually invests in its advisers
- Ideal for advisers who want more control, better earning potential, and flexibility
