An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a leading estate agency in Wolverhampton or Telford. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to join an award-winning team!

The successful candidate must be fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) and have experience in providing face-to-face, telephone and online client mortgage and protection advice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients referred by the agency's three busy offices.
  • Grow the business alongside the owners to expand to multiple advisors and lead providers.
  • Build strong relationships with estate agency staff and clients to maximise lead conversion.
  • Manage the end-to-end mortgage process, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance.
  • Work closely with the business owners to contribute to the growth and strategy of the company.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Fully qualified Mortgage Advisor (CeMAP or equivalent).
  • A proven track record in mortgage sales and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
