Sales Negotiator in Aldridge

Job title: Sales Negotiator
Locations: Aldridge
Basic Salary: £23,000 – £25,000
OTE: £35,000+
Hours: 9 – 5:30am – Monday to Friday
Weekend: Every other Saturday 9am – 4:30am, with a day of in lieu in the week
Experience Required: 1 year\’s experience

Our client, a market leading independent and extremely well reviewed estate agent, is seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team. The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in property sales negotiation, preferably within the estate agency industry.
• Comfortable with Social Media
• Strong analytical and market research skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
• A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle

Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Arranging and conducting viewing appointments

• Liaising directly with vendors and buyers

• Negotiations

• Sales progression

• Arranging market appraisal appointments

• Working to and achieving set targets

• General Sales Administration
