A well-established, highly regarded and award-winning corporate estate agency is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their successful Tamworth branch. Experience as a Sales Negotiator within an estate agent is essential.

Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Arranging and conducting property viewings
  • Liaising with vendors, buyers and solicitors
  • Negotiating offers through to agreed sale
  • Progressing sales through to completion
  • Booking market appraisal appointments
  • Working towards and exceeding sales targets
  • General sales administration and CRM management

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within an estate agency
  • Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving KPIs
  • Friendly, personable and able to build rapport quickly
  • Confident, articulate and professional
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Motivated, enthusiastic and driven to succeed
  • Full UK driving license

Hours & Benefits

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays (paid)
  • 22 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, rising to 27 days after the qualifying period
