Basic Salary: up to £30,000 (DOE) OTE: £55,000

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Valuer / Lister to join a successful Walmley branch. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys winning new business, building strong relationships with clients and delivering results.

The Role

  • Carrying out property valuations and winning new instructions
  • Generating new business and growing the branch's market share
  • Building strong relationships with vendors and providing excellent customer service
  • Managing the listing process from valuation through to instruction
  • Keeping up to date with local market trends and property values
  • Working closely with the sales team to maximize opportunities
  • Booking and attending valuation appointments

About You

  • Has previous experience as a Sales Valuer / Lister
  • Has a strong knowledge of the local property market
