Job Title: Sales Progressor
Location: Walmley, West Midlands (Working from Home)
Salary: Competitive salary, up to £43,000
Hours: Full-time, 9:00am – 5:30pm + one in 4 Saturdays' from the branch
A successful, market-leading, multi-branch estate agency is looking for an experienced Sales Progressor to join its established team on a fully remote basis.
This is a key role within the business, responsible for managing a busy pipeline of property transactions and ensuring sales progress smoothly from offer through to completion.
You will manage up to 70 properties at any given time, working closely with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and other parties to keep transactions moving and resolve any issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a pipeline of up to 70 property sales at any one time
- Progressing transactions from offer through to completion
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and other stakeholders
- Providing regular updates and maintaining clear communication throughout the process
- Identifying potential issues and taking proactive steps to resolve them
- Chasing outstanding information and documentation
- Monitoring key milestones and ensuring transactions remain on track
- Providing a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
- Working independently while remaining closely connected with the wider team
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a Sales Progression role within estate agency
- Strong understanding of the residential property sales process
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to manage a high volume of transactions while maintaining attention to detail
- Confident dealing with buyers, sellers and professional contacts
- Proactive, driven and able to work effectively from home
- Comfortable managing competing priorities and working to deadlines
