We are seeking a motivated and target-driven individual to join a successful multi-branch estate agency as a Sales Progressor. This is an opportunity to work for a leading West Midlands Estate Agent offering award winning services to our clients. This role would be ideal for someone looking for a fast-paced and challenging career in property at a growing company, with many great opportunities to progress.

Responsibilities
- Manage and progress the pipeline
- Liaise with buyers, sellers, mortgage providers and solicitors on a regular basis
- Maintain company CRM system
- Deal with price negotiations as required
- Arrange and conduct key release
- Work towards monthly targets
