Basic Salary: Up to £25,000
OTE: £35,000+

Job Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
- Generating new lettings business and identifying opportunities
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Managing enquiries from prospective tenants
- Negotiating offers and agreeing tenancies
- Cross-selling other services available to customers
- Managing client relationships and ensuring excellent customer service
- Keeping up to date with the latest property trends and market conditions
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience working as a Lettings Negotiator
- Striving to exceed customer expectations whilst keeping personal and team objectives in mind
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the local area
- Well-spoken and well-presented
- Target-driven, ambitious and keen to succeed
