We are working with an estate agency platform for established agents in the prime London residential market. It offers the freedom to build your business on your own terms, backed by an experienced operations team, an established network and dedicated marketing support. You can work independently or grow within a collaborative agent network. In either case, you will retain ownership of your client relationships and focus your time on winning instructions, advising clients and progressing sales.
The opportunity
- Build your profile and client base with autonomy over how you work.
- Earn a commission split of up to 50%, with a 50% referral split.
- Access an existing network of buyers, sellers, properties and prime London developers.
- Benefit from incoming buyer enquiries, property searches and potential listing leads.
- Market properties through Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and LonRes, with enhanced portal membership and listing promotion.
Support available
- A dedicated Operations Manager will help you throughout the sales process.
- Support includes appointment confirmations, phone and message handling, compliance, terms of business, brochures and other marketing assets, property launches, activity reports, offer letters and memoranda of sale.
- IT and systems support are also provided.
- You will also have help developing a personalised digital marketing strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and email, alongside access to relevant property publications and agent networks.
