- Location: Covering developments across Oxfordshire & Worcestershire
- Salary: £31,500 - £35,700 OTE (£30,000 - £34,000 basic + 5% annual performance bonus) + Company Car + Benefits

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional resident experience across your regional portfolio, supporting customers from their initial viewing through to move-out.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting property viewings
- Managing move-ins and move-outs
- Completing mid-term property inspections
- Monitoring property condition and reporting maintenance issues
- Coordinating maintenance works with contractors
- Managing inventories and Right to Rent compliance
- Updating internal systems and resident records
- Liaising with internal teams and contractors to resolve issues efficiently
- Supporting health & safety standards across all developments
- Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the resident journey
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and is comfortable working independently.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience within residential lettings, property management or a similar property role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own diary
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Confidence working independently in a field-based role
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
