Location: Walmley, Birmingham | Full Time
Basic Salary: up to £30,000 (DOE)
OTE: £55.000
We're looking for an experienced Sales Valuer / Lister to join a successful Walmley branch. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys winning new business, building strong relationships with clients and delivering results.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Carrying out property valuations and winning new instructions
- Generating new business and growing the branch's market share
- Building strong relationships with vendors and providing excellent customer service
- Managing the listing process from valuation through to instruction
- Keeping up to date with local market trends and property values
- Working closely with the sales team to maximize opportunities
- Booking and attending valuation appointments
- Working towards individual and branch targets
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as a Sales Valuer / Lister
- Has a strong knowledge of the local property market
- Is confident carrying out valuations and winning instructions
- Is target-driven, motivated and commercially minded
- Has excellent xgikmsk communication and negotiation skills
- Builds rapport naturally with clients
- Is organized, proactive and able to work independently
