Salary: £26,000-£28,000
Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm weekdays, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays until 1:00pm
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join a highly regarded independent estate agency in Sutton Coldfield.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a successful and busy office with a strong local reputation, excellent stock levels, and a supportive team environment.
The role will involve registering applicants, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating lets, generating new business, and delivering a high level of customer service throughout the lettings process.
The company is looking for someone who is professional, driven, and enjoys working within a fast-paced environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Generating new business opportunities
- Building strong relationships with landlords and applicants
- Managing enquiries both over the phone and face-to-face
- Working towards individual and team targets
Ideal Candidate
- Previous estate agency xgikmsk or lettings experience preferred
- Confident and well presented
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Target driven and motivated
- Full UK driving license preferred
