Basic Salary: £38,600
OTE: £60,000+
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm (no weekends)
Are you an experienced estate agency professional with a proven track record in winning business and leading high-performing teams? A well-established and highly respected independent estate agent is looking for a Branch Manager to oversee successful branch in Sutton Coldfield

Job Role & Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch
- Leading, motivating and developing an experienced sales team
- Conducting regular training and coaching to maximize performance
- Generating valuations and winning new instructions
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of both offices
- Driving sales performance and achieving branch targets
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients
- Maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company procedures
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Valuer or Senior Sales Manager within estate agency
- Strong track record of winning instructions and driving sales performance
- Experience managing, mentoring and developing a successful team
- Commercially minded with excellent leadership skills
- Professional, confident and highly organized
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Full UK driving license
Hours & Benefits
- £38,600 basic salary
- Uncapped OTE of £60,000+
