Remote/ Hybrid & Flexible
If you've spent years in recruitment, know how recruiters think, and have a pretty good radar for when someone is actually the right fit versus simply very good at interviewing… this could be right up your street. I'm working with an established and highly respected Rec2Rec business, founded in 2008, which specialises in connecting talented recruiters with some of the best recruitment businesses in the market. They're now looking for an experienced 360 Recruiter to join the team and take ownership of the research and candidate delivery behind their live vacancies.
Rec2Rec is a world of its own. You're not sourcing candidates for tech, pharma or education. You're sourcing recruiters. People who sell for a living. People who understand recruitment inside out. People who know every line in the book — because they've probably used most of them themselves! That means finding someone who is interested is the easy bit. Finding someone who is genuinely right for the client, the role, the culture and the opportunity? That's where your experience comes in.
We're looking for someone who can research intelligently, build quality longlists and shortlists, ask the right questions, read between the lines and know when to challenge rather than simply accept what they're being told.
What we're looking for
- Genuine recruitment experience - this isn't an entry-level sourcing role.
- Substantial experience within recruitment and understands the industry inside out.
- Analytical, thorough and knows exactly what they're looking for.
- Can identify the difference between a candidate who could do the job and one who is genuinely right for it.
- Confident building relationships with candidates and influencing, educating and challenging when necessary.
- Excellent questioning and listening skills.
- Understands recruitment businesses, their cultures and what makes someone a good fit.
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership.
- Can confidently navigate LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to uncover the right people.
- Has a genuine interest in helping recruiters find their next opportunity.
Your ability to build trust and really understand what's driving someone's career decision is crucial.
What's on offer?
- Generous basic salary + uncapped commission.
- Zero commission threshold.
- Part-time hours with genuine flexibility.
- Parent-friendly working arrangements.
- Hybrid working, although there is flexibility around this depending on experience.
- An established, respected Rec2Rec brand.
- The autonomy to manage your workload without being micromanaged.
- The right tools, systems and support around you.
- A genuinely collaborative and supportive environment.
- The opportunity to work within a specialist market where relationships really matter.
The wider business prides itself on its people, development and a positive working culture, with a clear focus on giving experienced consultants the freedom to develop their own style of working.
Why Rec2Rec?
Because you get to work with people who understand recruitment. You know the conversations. You understand the motivations. You know when someone is genuinely ready for a move. And when you get it right, you're not simply filling a vacancy. You're helping a recruiter make a career move and helping a recruitment business find someone who can genuinely make a difference. If you're an experienced recruiter who would love a more focused, flexible role without the pressure of traditional sales KPIs — I'd love to hear from you.
