Location: Cheshire

Salary: Up to £30,000 + commission

Working hours: 8.30am – 6pm – Monday to Friday, every other Saturday: 8.30am – 4.30pm with a day off in the week

We’re working with a highly successful independent estate agency in East Cheshire who are looking to add an experienced Sales Negotiator to their busy residential sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone already working within estate agency who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has a strong work ethic and takes a proactive approach to getting deals across the line. You’ll be joining an experienced and motivated team handling a varied portfolio of residential properties across North Cheshire and South Manchester, with strong earning potential and genuine opportunities to progress.

What you will do:

  • Registering and building relationships with prospective buyers
  • Understanding buyers’ requirements and matching them with suitable properties
  • Booking and carrying out property viewings
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
  • Keeping clients updated throughout the sales process
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating property listings
  • Liaising with colleagues, clients and external parties
  • Supporting property marketing across online, social and traditional channels
  • Contributing towards individual and branch sales targets
  • Delivering a consistently high level of customer service

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2 year’s current estate agency experience
  • Previous experience within residential property sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organisation and the ability to manage a busy workload
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude
  • Good knowledge of the South Manchester / North Cheshire property market
  • A proven track record within an estate agency environment
