An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Branch Manager to join a successful and growing estate agency in Cannock.
We are looking for a driven individual with a proven track record in estate agency who can lead a team, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch
- Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team
- Driving valuations, instructions, and property sales
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Ensuring branch targets and KPIs are achieved
- Identifying new business opportunities and generating revenue
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Estate Agency management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proven track record of winning instructions and driving sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
- Full UK driving license
