We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Baby Room Manager to join Ivy House Nursery in Weybridge. As a kind and caring individual, you will play a vital role in running a medium-sized room, supporting a dedicated team of 2-3 staff members. Your primary focus will be to provide an engaging and stimulating learning and play environment for the children, ensuring their individual needs are met on a daily basis. A strong knowledge of safeguarding is essential, along with a genuine passion for working with children and creating a positive, nurturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting monthly observations for each child, ensuring they receive the best support and development opportunities. You will need to be familiar with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and statutory requirements, as well as enjoy providing play opportunities for the children and fostering their overall well-being.
