We are working on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation that is recognised for delivering high-quality products and services across the UK. Due to continued expansion, they are now seeking an experienced Sales Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their busy sales team of 3.
As a Sales Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the office, supporting the sales team, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. This is a varied and fast-paced position where you will manage administrative processes, coordinate team activities, and contribute to overall business performance.
You will work closely with senior management and sales teams to drive efficiency, improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full time office-based role in Birmingham B21. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm and Friday 8am - 12pm.
Role and responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the sales office
- Support the sales team with administration, reporting, and coordination
- Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries, quotations, and orders
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance data
- Monitor KPIs and support sales performance tracking
- Manage CRM systems and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
- Supervise and support administrative staff, including training and onboarding
- Assist with budgeting, order processing, and general office administration
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies
Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience in office management or sales administration
- Previous experience within a sales environment is essential
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office packages
