Role: Marketing Executive Contract: Permanent Salary: Up to £30,000 dependent on experience Location: Shirley Solihull B90 Benefits: Company car, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, BUPA private medical, cash plan for dental and optical, enhanced pension scheme and free parking We are working on behalf of an established brand who are looking to recruit a Marketing Executive to join their marketing department to focus on supporting the Head of Brand Marketing. As a Marketing Executive you will be aligned to a business brand to support with all aspects of marketing in a generalist marketing position which will include but not limited to, brand, creative, PR and social media. You will be instrumental in establishing and developing the brand communications, delivering campaigns, social media, agency liaison, producing marketing materials and producing MI to review campaigns and sales impact. You will work closely with internal teams such as PR, Events and Digital, as well as external agencies for website development, creative and media. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an established and emerging brand which is about to undergo rapid expansion with several new products set to be launched in the next 2 years. The successful candidate will be degree educated or equivalent in Marketing, with demonstrable experience in a similar Marketing Executive/Assistant position within a marketing department or agency. Experience in the automotive sector is advantageous. This is a full-time office based role working in an outstanding office environment. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm with half hour lunch. Role and responsibilities: * As a Marketing Executive you will be responsible for bringing an emerging brand to life and meeting the company objectives as well as delivering a seamless B2B and B2C customer journey * Create and develop national and regional marketing campaigns, and adapt where required for relevant sales channels * Work innovatively and collaboratively to create new and novel approaches that generate media interest through effective communications * Brief and manage agencies to ensure content is aligned with the brand and closely manage all PR including press releases, press packs and website * Assist with sourcing and delivery of all paid media activity across traditional and digital channels * Discover partnership/sponsorship opportunities to maximise brand exposure * Support with maintenance of website and oversee content creation across all social media accounts ensuring high levels of positive audience engagement * Assist in the production of artwork, images, videos, text that is required for all areas of the Group * Engage with the sales department to ensure retailer are using the correct brand and marketing materials to ensure consistency across the brand platform and national campaigns * Produce marketing materials to promote after sales, accessories and parts sales * Produce MI reports and ensure measurements are in place to measure effectiveness including target audience analysis and impact on sales * Work alongside the events team to identify event opportunities, events management and post event reviews * Any other marketing activities as required by the business Skills and experience required: * Degree educated or equivalent with in Marketing, Business or similar subjects * Proven demonstrable experience in a similar Marketing role * Automotive industry experience desirable * Highly organised with excellent communication skills * Self starter, motivated and enthusiastic nature * Ability to work well under pressure * High levels of attention to detail * Competent and accountable Benefits * 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays * BUPA private medical * Company car * Cash plan for dental and optical * Enhanced pension scheme * Free parking If you have the relevant skills and experience, and actively seeking a new position with a brand as a Marketing Executive then please apply today
