Role Overview

Sales Office Manager overseeing day‑to‑day operations of a busy sales team of three in Birmingham. Full‑time, office‑based; hours Monday‑Thursday 08:00‑17:00, Friday 08:00‑12:00.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily sales office operations
  • Support the sales team with administration, reporting, and coordination
  • Act as key point of contact for customer enquiries, quotations and orders
  • Maintain and develop strong client relationships
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations and performance data
  • Monitor KPIs and support sales performance tracking
  • Manage CRM systems and ensure data accuracy
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings and internal communications
  • Supervise and support administrative staff, including training and onboarding
  • Assist with budgeting, order processing and general office administration
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in office management or sales administration
  • Previous experience within a sales environment is essential
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office packages
