National Account Manager Looking for your next step?

Want a role where you can actually make an impact?Due to the continuous growth, we are looking for a National Account Manager to join our team and become the right-hand person to the Account Director, supporting the day-to-day running of a fast-paced national account.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised, commercially minded, confident with clients & brilliant at keeping things moving!

You'll be working closely with the team, picking up the day-to-day jobs, keeping on top of priorities and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

What will you be doing?Supporting the Account Director with the day-today running of the account Working closely with the team to monitor workloads, priorities and delivery Picking up those "can you just..." jobs that keep the operation moving Keeping communication flowing between the team, clients & delivery team Building and maintaining strong professional client relationships across the national account Handling issues quickly and calmly when things get busy Making sure actions are following up and deadlines are met Spotting problems before they become problems Support and keeping the wider team accountable Taking ownership of tasks rather than waiting to be told what to do Generally being the person who knows what's happening, what needs doing and what's about to go wrong!What are we looking for?Organised - you can juggle multiple priorities (without losing the plot)Calm under pressure - busy days don't send you into meltdown mode Client-facing - confident, professional and, importantly, someone people actually like dealing with Proactive - you see something that needs doing and get on with it A team player - happy to get stuck in and support others rather than operating in your own little bubble.

Commercially aware - you understand the importance of delivering for both the client and the business A strong communicator - you can deal with everyone from the client to the newest member of the team Most importantly, we need someone with personality, initiative & a bit of get-up-and-go.

This is not a role for someone who needs a step-by-step instruction manual for every task.

The role34,000-40,000 DOE + monthly bonus

Based in our head office in Leeds (not city centre - free parking) with a requirement to travel to the different sites nationally when needed so a car and full driving license is a must! (Mileage subsidised to site travel)

Monday - Friday (flexible, plus weekends if needed)

This is a permanent, full time position.
