The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting for Operations Controller / Warehouse Admin on behalf of our industry-leading client based in the Runcorn area.
Contract Type: Temp to Perm - 40 hours per week
Shift: Nights 3am till 11:30am
What You'll Do: You will assist in the Pre-Brief/De-Brief and complete Driver documentation. You will also complete and maintain the company documentation, as well as communicate with Drivers and Customers via telephone and appropriate company IT Systems.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the Warehouse / Parcel sorting for the first 5 hours
- Driver pre-brief or evening de-brief as required
- Control company asset management, notably container portal updates, daily container counts, key and scanner controls
- Check SP payments and issue associated daily/monthly reporting
- Complete all admin tasks and maintain a suitable filing system including SP/employee vetting, driver set up processes, ID badge ordering
