The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our industry-leading client based in the Bicester area. We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join their operation on the PM shift!
Temp to perm
Hours: Sunday to Thursday 3pm-11:30pm - Friday and Saturday Off every week!
Location: Bicester OX26
Job Type: Ongoing with an opportunity for permanent for the right candidate
The role:
- Sort and organise incoming parcels accurately and efficiently based on designated routes and destinations.
- Operate conveyor belts, scanners, and other equipment to facilitate the sorting process.
- Ensure proper labelling and categorisation of parcels to prevent errors in delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet deadlines.
- Identify damaged parcels and follow company protocols for proper handling and documentation.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles, optimising space utilisation.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety.
