The Role
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to lead a team of Warehouse Operatives within a busy sortation operation. Working closely with the Process Manager, you will oversee your allocated operational area, ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and performance targets are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Warehouse Operatives during shift operations.
- Monitor throughput, productivity, parcel presentation, and CPU performance against targets.
- Support operational performance against KPIs and client SLAs.
- Manage and reduce mis-sorts, damages, and claims within your area.
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve operational goals and deliver high standards.
- Conduct coaching, one-to-ones, and performance reviews.
- Ensure all operational documentation and reporting is completed accurately.
