As the RegisteredManager you would be responsible for leading the existing team and overseeing the operations of the home and to provide high-quality care and support that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being In this role, you will receive ongoingsupport from adedicatedteam consisting of Regional Manager, a Deputy Manager, HR & Recruitment, Finance and Compliance teams.
